World-class engineers to mentor Japanese students directly — combining gift-based scholarships and hands-on development to cultivate the “technology leaders of the future.”
Jurin AI is a Japan-headquartered AI startup developing enterprise AI agents and a leading contender to become the country’s first decacorn. Emerging from stealth mode, the company has launched the Jurin AI Fellowship, a talent development program that combines a gift-based scholarship with mentorship and real-world engineering experience. The program is open to computer science students enrolled in universities and National Colleges of Technology (KOSEN) in Japan, as well as selected institutions overseas.
Jurin AI believes that Japan’s technology future depends on builders — people who can ship world-class software from Japan’s unique environment. The company aims to establish a world-class development culture in Japan by investing directly in the next generation of builders.
The Jurin AI Fellowship is not designed as a conventional scholarship, but as a long-term ecosystem for nurturing future technology leaders.
Our goal is bigger than hiring. We accelerate young engineers’ capabilities, help them build world-class skills, and contribute to Japan’s innovation economy through their work.
Selected fellows will be mentored by a team that brings experience from Silicon Valley’s leading startups — including Google, Apple, OpenAI, and Applied Intuition — experiencing Silicon Valley-style development culture while based in Tokyo.
