Our Managing Director, Japan, Sho Suwa, will be speaking at the Yamanashi Mirai Shachu Special Seminar, to be held at the Kofu Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Friday, July 10, 2026.

Following the seminar's first session, "Defensive AI: Proven Enterprise Use Cases", Suwa will take the stage in the second session, "Offensive AI: The Dark Horse Breaking New Ground". Together with Space Tree, he will present real-world implementations of AI agents that handle customer interactions across phone, email, and messaging, as well as follow-on tasks including verification, coordination, recordkeeping, and operational arrangements.

The session will also explain how AI agents differ from generative AI and traditional robotic process automation (RPA), followed by a live demonstration showing how AI agents can carry customer interactions through to the next stage of work.
