Jurin AI sat down with Mitsubishi Estate Residence to discuss how the company is using AI agents to help employees find information, resolve questions, and spend more time on higher-value work. The conversation is featured in Forbes JAPAN BrandVoice.

Mitsubishi Estate Residence introduced AI agents to support internal inquiries. The goal wasn’t simply to reduce the number of questions employees asked. It was to make it easier for them to ask in the first place.

Since the introduction, internal inquiries have roughly doubled. Questions that employees might previously have left unasked, because they hesitated to ask a colleague or chose to search for an answer themselves, are now being surfaced and resolved through AI.

Getting there required more than deploying a model. The PoC began with 17% answer accuracy. Mitsubishi Estate Residence and Jurin AI worked together to turn internal manuals and tacit knowledge into structured knowledge the AI could use, while engineers continuously improved the system based on feedback from employees. In testing with general employees, answer accuracy ultimately exceeded 80%.

The system also recognizes when AI alone isn’t enough. Depending on the question, it can route employees to the appropriate person or incorporate human review, allowing AI and people to work together in day-to-day operations.

Mitsubishi Estate Residence and Jurin AI are now working on additional projects, with AI use expanding into new departments and workflows.
